As an Academic Counselor, you’ll be the bridge between students and their aspirations—guiding them through course options, aligning learning paths with career goals, and enabling student success at scale.
Student Counseling: Understand academic goals and recommend appropriate programs or courses accordingly.
Lead Conversion: Manage incoming leads via calls and CRM, and convert them to successful enrollments.
Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing engagement with students and parents as the primary point of contact.
Sales & Target Achievement: Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets by effectively pitching value-based educational offerings.
Data Tracking: Update CRM systems with accurate records of interactions and maintain conversion metrics.
Event Participation: Represent the organization in external education fairs, webinars, and community initiatives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
Proven ability to understand student needs and provide solutions with empathy.
Prior experience in academic counseling or inside sales (preferably in EdTech).
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any discipline).
