Overview

The Market Development team serves as our direct link to customers and is the key revenue generator. The team includes sub-functions such as Renewals, High Value Memberships (HVM), Hubs, and Retail Centres. Though distributed across locations, they operate with a shared goal: “What’s the sale for today?”

The Senior Territory Manager will be fully responsible for the region’s profitability and customer service standards. This position requires a hands-on leader who is both strategic and tactical, capable of owning the business goals and surpassing quarterly/annual sales targets alongside their team.


What You Will Do in This Role

  • Provide strategic business leadership and vision for the assigned region.

  • Build a deep understanding of organizational structure, market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs.

  • Implement regional sales strategies in line with business objectives to drive market share growth.

  • Collaborate across stakeholders to optimize market penetration and improve gross margins.

  • Monitor and report performance metrics including sales forecasts, revenue, conversion trends, and team productivity.

  • Be accountable for regional revenue, profitability, and budget alignment.

  • Play a key role in the annual sales budgeting and planning processes.

  • Lead the Recruitment, Training & Retention efforts for the territory sales teams.

  • Drive the performance of retail centers and outbound teams.

  • Analyze performance trends and correct deviations using data-driven insights.

  • Develop and implement incentive and recognition programs for sales teams.

  • Liaise across departments to resolve ground-level operational challenges.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • 8–12 years of experience in sales, with strong exposure to territory management.

  • Proven track record in driving large-scale regional sales and revenue targets.

  • Experience with telesales team management and value-based selling.

  • Fluency in regional languages and excellent communication skills.

  • Familiarity with quality metrics and sales process improvements.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
