Roles and Responsibilities

1. Profile Sourcing:

Use platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media channels to identify and source profiles for Sales and Tech roles.

2. Candidate Engagement:

Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to evaluate alignment with job descriptions and suitability for roles.

3. Mock Interviews:

Facilitate mock interviews for Business Development Associate positions, providing candidates with feedback and guidance for improvement.
