Job Description

We seek highly motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Associates and Key Account Managers to join a fast-growing fintech startup focused on transforming financial services for emerging markets. As part of a high-energy team, you will play a pivotal role in client engagement, revenue generation, and relationship management.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Inside Sales Associate:
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into customers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable services/products.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline in the CRM and track progress.
  • Build long-term trust with clients and deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Stay updated with products, pricing, and market trends.

 

Key Account Manager:

  • Manage relationships with high-value clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate and close strategic deals.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
