We’re hiring dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to join our high-performing offline sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential learners, managing lead engagement, qualification, and closures. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a revolutionary EdTech platform that’s building India’s first asset-light university focused on employability across industries like healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and hospitality.

You will collaborate with the Inside Sales Head, Business Head, and City Head to create an exceptional experience for learners and build a robust offline sales funnel.

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls and follow-up activities to nurture leads and convert inquiries into walk-ins or enrollments.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their intent, background, and readiness to engage.
  • Work closely with the field sales team to facilitate closures through appointments and support.
  • Explain course features, value, and career outcomes aligned with student aspirations.
  • Schedule appointments and assist field teams by sharing detailed lead insights.
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems and track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams for alignment on lead generation.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales KPIs.

 

 Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in EdTech, BFSI, BPO, or Consumer Sales domains.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and regional language.
  • Strong negotiation, rapport-building, and time management abilities.
  • Experience working in target-oriented roles.
  • Working knowledge of CRMs like LeadSquared, Zoho, or Salesforce preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internal reporting tools.
