Ek baar jo maine candidate shortlist kar diya, uske baad to interview hona hi hai! Source and screen 100s of candidates through platforms like Naukri.com and LinkedIn, and conduct telephonic interviews to handpick the crème de la crème.

Yeh recruitment hai, aur recruitment mein koi chhota kaam nahi hota. Coordinate recruitment operations with precision and maintain meticulous records of every process.

Build alliances with HR professionals across industries, expanding our client base with your networking skills.

Jab tak candidates selection se pass nahi ho jaate, hum karyan banke unka saath denge. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, constantly seeking feedback to raise the bar.

Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from screening to offering, all with a flair for excellence.

Dailing 80-100 calls daily.

Giving Minimum 2 Joiners every week.

Data updation in required Google Sheets and ATS

Master our internal dashboards, contribute to enhancing candidate experiences, and help shape our employer branding initiatives.

Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and labor laws related to recruitment.
Requirements

3 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment—be it your passion or your battlefield.
